Dr. Susheel P. Kandalgaonkar is the former Director of IMDR, Pune, with over 25 years of experience in management education. He has taught subjects including Organizational Behaviour, Career Management, Compensation, and Qualitative Research Methods, and designed the unique course “Individual and the Indian Society.”
He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Management from Savitribai Phule Pune University and has consulted for Pune-based industries on team building, competency mapping, and executive coaching. A Ph.D. guide at Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth, he has also served on the HR-IR Committee of MCCIA and as visiting faculty at PUMBA and Symbiosis International University.
Published his book Higher Education in India: Building Robust Institutions (Pentagon Press LLP), offering insights on NEP 2020, governance, and building future-ready universities and institutes.
Joined the HR-IR Committee of MCCIA, Pune, contributing to policy discussions bridging academia and industry with live projects competitions for management students in Pune and Maharashtra.
